Connect your MikroTik router to your network, access it via Winbox or web interface at 192.168.88.1, and follow our setup wizard. We'll guide you through initial configuration, security settings, and integration with our platform.

Check your API credentials, ensure your business is registered with M-Pesa, and verify your callback URLs are correctly configured. Common issues include incorrect shortcode, wrong API keys, or network connectivity problems.

In your admin dashboard, go to User Management > Add User. Fill in the user details, assign a package, and optionally assign a specific router. The system will automatically generate credentials and send them via SMS/WhatsApp.

Check the user's bandwidth usage in the dashboard, verify router connectivity, and run a speed test. You can also check for network congestion or hardware issues. Use our diagnostic tools for automated troubleshooting.

Navigate to Reports > Billing in your dashboard. Select the date range, choose report type (daily/weekly/monthly), and export in your preferred format (PDF, Excel, or CSV). Reports include revenue, user payments, and transaction details.
